I began my fitness journey at the age of 12 years old. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I wanted to be the best trainer in the world. Decades later I’m helping others, competing, and doing what I love.
You don’t have to be a pro or competitor just to make an improvement in your personal life. I help my clients make positive changes to their health and lifestyle.
Some come to me and aren’t able to play with their kids without losing their breath. Others with high blood pressure, cholesterol, or struggling with depression. After working with them, I can see the positive change in their faces. The change is both physical and mental.
We learn from each other, we grow with each other. That’s what it’s all about. At the end of the day I get to help people and change their lives.
I love what I do.
I welcome you all to reach out to talk about your goals, struggles, and how I can help. We’ll do it together, one step at a time.

For six months, I never knew or even tried to lift weights but then I started to get bored. So one day I came home to do some research and watched YouTube videos and read magazines. I read articles on how to exercise. I began to meet bikini competitors at the gym and thought to myself “one day I wish I can do that! ” This was what inspired my interests in bodybuilding.
At age 39, I began my first prep for competition during August 2015. My first competition was in February 2016 and it took only one show to get me hooked! I fell in love with this sport and I knew exactly what I needed to do. I love to challenge myself!! I admire the way women look with muscles and admire their hard work to achieve things most people wouldn’t think of trying! About a year later, I earned my IFBB PRO CARD!
