YOUR NAYA APARTMENT?
Hi, I love my apartment and all the amenities at the Naya Complex. However, I have been travelling a lot lately and in 2020 I may be out of the country for several consecutive months on business. Instead of buying out my current lease, I would rather have a friend take over my lease sometime near March 2020 through August 2020. In September, you would need to renew with Naya on new terms if you wish to stay. It will become YOUR apartment with options to have it furnished with my furniture or not. For me to remove my furniture, then selling it or storing it will be a pain so I prefer to avoid it.
I see this opportunity to be a fairly good deal for someone coming overseas to work by H1B Visa or temporary residence. There are already many tenants in this complex that come from Asia and work at big tech companies on a temporary status. People in this situation regularly go through this excrutiating process of moving, signing an apartment lease, buying furniture, then they possibly move out in less than a year. This is why I see lease takeovers as a logical alternative.
My lease expires August 2020.
What I can offer:
RENT HERE IS EXPENSIVE BUT IF YOU ARE A FRIEND AND TAKE CARE OF MY FURNITURE THROUGH THE TERM, THEN I WILL SEND A REGULAR MONTHLY BONUS!

The living area, dining area and kitchen are all combined. This makes it more spacious to experiment with furniture. Hardwood floors are easy to maintain. The location of my apartment in the complex is in the perfect all season spot! In the summer it avoids direct sunlight heat and in winter it shields the cold air.
The color in my living room puts me in a good mood. Bright colors kinda goes with the Silicon Valley thing too. The guys often come over to watch the Warriors game on this 65 inch curved OLED LG screen.
May the force by with you. I have a few unique things, especially this multicolored led lamp.
Don`t worry, you can remove the green screen. This desk can be utilized as a dinner table if you wish. There are cube compartments on the other side. Maybe you can set it up as a bar?
This is a remake of Picasso`s Women of Algiers by Cecile Gregoire.

The Keurig coffee maker is part of the morning "Ritual" for a crazy web developer. Yeah, yeah, I should get an espresso maker, blah. So speaking of rituals, here is Rita Ora`s video. I should sing this song to my coffee cup every morning.
It`s a modern kitchen. Glass range, dishwasher, spacious fridge etc. I have a few portable appliances such as a juicer, blender, George Foreman Grill and a Keurig.

The bedroom is bright with big windows. You can oversee the pool area which is a major distraction LOL! Sometimes I work on music as a hobby so I have a small music producer set up.
Of course the bedroom has a 43 inch TV.
The desk set up is specifically arranged for mass productivity morning, noon or night. Use four screens if you wish. I won`t leave my laptop here but I have extra computers if needed.
Got clothes, got space.

The pool is hardly ever crowded. They maintain it well. The cool part is that the temperature stays a bit warmer in this enclosed pool complex.
The Naya Club Room is usually empty most of the time. Only gets busy when tenants host parties. Play table tennis, cards, shuffle board. TVs and sound system work great. Full kitchen equipped! Great place to have meetings or just hang out
The patio features an outdoor TV along with a fireplace overseeing the pool.
Business Center. This is just one of many areas where you can work, have meetings or just hangout.
