My fitness journey started about 5 years ago. I was just normal girl going to the gym that just walked on the treadmill.  

For six months, I never knew or even tried to lift weights but then I started to get bored. So one day I came home to do some research and watched YouTube videos and read magazines.  I read articles on how to exercise.  I  began to meet bikini competitors at the gym and thought to myself “one day I wish I can do that! ” This was what inspired my interests in bodybuilding.

At age 39, I began my first prep for competition during August 2015.  My first competition was in February 2016 and it  took only one show to get me hooked!  I fell in love with this sport and I knew exactly what I needed to do. I love to challenge myself!! I admire the way women look with muscles and admire their hard work to achieve things most people wouldn’t think of trying!   About a year later,  I earned my IFBB PRO CARD!

February 2017.  This was the NPC San Jose at the Santa Clara Convention Center where I won three trophies.
