KILLER COMBOS 2 OF 2

Here is part 2 of 2 of the Killer Kombos Workout by EfitX. Level: Intermediate These Killer Kombo Movements are for people that want to lose weight but are bored with their current cardio routine. In this video we will utilize a combination of strength movements that sustain a higher heart rate for killing those calories! There are many types of ways you can train your muscles in the gym. One of the most common routines is a 2-Day Split where you train half your body on one day and the other half of your muscles later on within the week. Then you have Full body routines that train all your main muscle groups within one workout. However Full Body Routines are a bit tricky to schedule weekly. Meaning sometimes it’s not beneficial to beat up your legs on Monday and expect to train legs again on Wednesday with the previous movements. This Killer Kombo Movement Routine is specifically sequenced and designed so you’ll be able to train the same muscle groups every other day. SPRAWL

Sprawl, sometimes referred to as the European Burpee. There are no push ups.  This is a regression for individuals that struggle to perform multiple sets and reps of the Burpee.

MODIFIED FRONT RAISES

Regular front raises may cause impingement of your shoulder`s bursa. The front raise scaption is a newer and better method for developing the front deltoids. Retraction of the deltoid  thus engaging the Rhomboid muscle is the key element when performing this exercise.   https://efitx.com
