Stir Fry Medley

Slice zucchini, bell peppers, onions and stir fry in a pan with Olive Oil.  Cooking time 10 to 15 minutes.

Baked Brussel Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice sprouts into halves, place on tray.  Brush with olive oil and salt and pepper.  Bake for 20 minutes.

Sweet Kale Smoothy

  • 8 oz Mangos
  • 8 oz Strawberries
  • 8 oz Kale
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 cup Almond Milk.

Blend all contents in blender until achieved a smooth thickness.
