Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly coat chicken with olive oil, add sprinkles of sea salt and cayenne pepper. Slice Zucchini into 1 inch length strips. Coat zucchini with olive oil and season with pepper. Bake chicken for 16 minutes until center is moist and fully cooked. Bake zucchini along with chicken. Times may vary based on thickness of chicken. Serve with rice.

Preheat oven to 420 Degrees. Chop up Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and tear bread to crumbs. Everything should be chopped to semi-fine. Combine everything above together with Ground Turkey. Add soy sauce, ketchup, sea salt, pepper, and Italian Seasoning in two to three stages of the combining process. Create balls of 1 1/2 inch size to 2 inches. Place each ball apart on a tray prepped with Olive Oil. Bake at 420 degrees for 22 minutes. At 11 minutes, turn each ball over, bake for remaining 10 minutes.
In pan, fry onions and mushrooms until sauteed. Remove from pan. Add ground turkey pattie to pan. Flip pattie over after 2 minutes. When turkey pattie is nearly cooked, add salt, pepper and Colby jack cheese. Toast sourdough in toaster or oven. Spread ketchup and light mayo on each slice. Add onions and mushrooms onto slice followed by the turkey pattie.
