Sweat Pros is a Personal Training Service led by John Destacamento a 28 year experienced fitness professional. John has recently exceeded 30,000 hours of personal training services, making him one of the most experienced personal trainers today. Most of his one-on-one sessions are serviced at Sunnyvale Health and Fitness a 8000 Square Foot exclusive personal training facility. This current affiliated facility is located in Sunnyvale California in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Sweat Pros is a spin-off from Sweat Studio which sustained operations since 2007. Today, services include the innovative VFit Coaching service enhancing the online experience utilizing the EfitX Application. The application in a shareable platform complemented with machine learning intelligence. Clients are now world-wide and receive customized workout programs, consulting and nutrition plans.
John Destacamento, an Ultra Master Personal Trainer with training experience exceeding over 30,000 hourly sessions. At age 52 John remains an active TRI-STRENGTH Athlete (Competes in three strength sports) He is an active Masters Physique Competitor in both the NPC and INBA Natural League. Since 2009 his team of physique athletes have won over 45 trophies. John is an active Powerlifter holding California State Records in the Deadlift and Bench Press under the USAPL Organization. His third strength expertise is with Weightlifting where he has reached national level and competed at the 2018 Masters Pan Am in Quebec, Canada and 2019 Masters World Cup where he finished with a Bronze Medal.
John has many fitness certifications: USA Weightlifting Club Director (Sunnyvale Health & Fitness), USA Weightlifting Athlete Development Model, SafeSport and USADA Anti-Doping Certifications. All In-Gym sessions are a personal or buddy group service which combines online coaching (VFit Coaching) in the program. Clients begin training two to three times per week with coach. As they learn proper technique they scale down weekly sessions and begin to perform a few workouts on their own at their choice of facility. Coaches continue to guide the fitness program utilizing the EfitX application. Clients have the ability to access a full spectrum of features; including instructions, videos and progress analytics.
Prices range from $58 to $68 per hour.
It is highly recommended that all clients have their fitness levels evaluated by a certified personal trainer. The client would visit a participating facility where the certified personal trainer would discuss goals, medical history and possible constraints that may hinder client performance. After collecting this data and evaluating the performance, the certified professional will be able to create the appropriate techniques and methods based on your fitness goals. For the full assessment service and access to results, a one time fee of $60 is charged unless. This amount is refunded or reimbursed if client purchases a personal training package.

Sweat Pros, utilizes EfitX to input workouts, create food menus, create workout programs along with many other fitness implementations. EfitBOT is the engine assisting the decision making process. Not just analytics, not just fitness-metrics, EfitBOT is a brain analyzing previous workouts, workout patterns and monitoring your volume to keep you on track of your goal.
When you start a fitness program with Sweat Pros, the first step is to run the EFITBOT GOAL PLANNER tool. The tool requires only 10 questions to be answered by the user. This provides a starting foundation for your fitness program. EfitBot puts in consideration users`s goals, age, weight, body type, and the pace you wish to deliver results. Upon completion of the short questionaire, EfitBot automatically updates your EfitX settings with two classifications of weight training volume, calories, macronutrients, and cardio calories to expend.
As the user begins to record more data, the real beauty begins. EfitBot understands the details of exery (cataloged) exercise within the exercise library, meaning it can define:
The most intriguing feature within EfitBot are the proprietary formulas to interpret different types of classifications and translates the data into expenditure of EPOC (Excess Postexercise Oxygen Consumption). The system automatically determines what type of training volume classification you are producing. Is it Endurance? Strength? Power?. Base on this classification the system calculates and estimated amount of EPOC that will be expended within the next 72 hours! This new measurement process can distinguish the quality of the workouts whether the routine performed was effective to build muscle, lose weight or improve endurance.
Today most clients that have participated in Virtual Coaching may lack customization. Many online fitness services and mobile apps are providing exercise lists that are somewhat generic. These personal training programs are designed with recycled workouts thus recycled menu plans and it may be common to find that Client A and Client B have several identical workouts provided by the same coach. Another issue is the lack of creativity. Since most workouts are created through exercise libraries, clients may experience a continuous redundancy.
VFIT COACHING is a newer method of online personal training. A VFIT Coach utilizes gym personal training practices to provide a more customized program for each and every client. Standard procedure is to view client’s previous workouts, analyze the performance, make professional adjustment and decisions, then create the next step within the program. The VFIT program is accompanied by the use of EfitBot, A.I. Fitness Assistant and EfitX , the fitness management system. These innovative tools allow the coach to design better programs and make more logical fitness decisions for their clients. Coaches that wish to participate as a VFIT COACH are required to accumulate hours of educational training.
VFIT Coaching programs try and avoid utilizing recycled programs and are bringing back the personable experience to clients with exclusiveness and creativity.
Each 15 minute session may be used for any of the 3 types of services below:
Coach analyzes client’s previous workouts and performance Based on the results coach selects a new set of exercises suited for the next workout For each exercise, coach determines the load, reps and other training attributes Coach provides workout suggestions An instructional video may be included (almost all exercises on the provide list include instructional videos)
Live consulting and video conferencing is when coach and client communicate directly via: Skype, SMS, Messenger or any type of chat tool. This session can be used to demonstrate movements and techniques by the coach. Messaging through chat is an alternative. Client’s should be prepared with questions. (Random messaging is excluded from live consulting sessions) If environment conditions allow, live video conferencing is usually one-on-one and private.
When coach is off-line, coach records a new instructional video of a specific exercise or a video regarding optimization of a particular exercise. Each video is approximately 1 to 2 minutes in length.
Communication between coach and client during down-time is voluntary. You may send simple questions to your coach via the method requested however coach is not obligated to answer questions during down-time. VFit and EfitX are not liable for any actions with this method and should be used at personal discretion
